1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to enter into legally binding agreements on behalf of yourself or your organization.

2. Services

ezcom.cloud provides cloud-based communications services, including but not limited to:

  • Hosted VoIP telephone service
  • Unified Communications (UCaaS)
  • Business SMS messaging
  • Video conferencing
  • Auto attendants
  • Voicemail
  • SIP trunking
  • Mobile and desktop applications
  • Related communications services

Services may be modified, updated, or enhanced periodically.

3. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate account information.
  • Maintain current contact information.
  • Protect your account credentials.
  • Use the Services only for lawful purposes.
  • Comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws.

You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

  • Send spam or unsolicited messages.
  • Transmit illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive communications.
  • Harass, threaten, or impersonate another person.
  • Distribute malware or malicious software.
  • Interfere with the operation or security of our Services.
  • Violate telecommunications regulations or carrier requirements.

ezcom.cloud may suspend or terminate accounts engaged in prohibited activities.

5. SMS Messaging

If you opt into SMS communications:

  • Message frequency varies.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to unsubscribe.
  • Reply HELP for assistance.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

Mobile opt-in information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

6. Billing and Payment

Customers agree to pay all applicable fees according to their service agreement.

Late payments may result in service suspension or termination.

Taxes and regulatory fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

7. Service Availability

While ezcom.cloud strives to provide reliable service, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

Maintenance, carrier outages, internet failures, power interruptions, and events beyond our reasonable control may affect service availability.

8. Emergency Services (911)

Customers acknowledge that VoIP-based emergency calling may differ from traditional telephone service.

Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate emergency service address information.

Service interruptions caused by internet outages, power failures, or equipment failures may prevent access to emergency services.

9. Intellectual Property

All software, trademarks, logos, documentation, and other intellectual property associated with ezcom.cloud remain the property of ezcom.cloud or its licensors.

Customers receive only a limited, non-transferable right to use the Services.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ezcom.cloud shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost business, or loss of data arising from the use or inability to use the Services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the affected Services during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ezcom.cloud, its employees, officers, agents, and affiliates from claims arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

13. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate Services if:

  • These Terms are violated.
  • Required payments are not made.
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity is detected.
  • Required by law or a communications carrier.

Customers may terminate service according to the terms of their service agreement.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the state in which ezcom.cloud is headquartered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
